SKI APARTMENTS FOR RENT
House Eglantine, Résidences Kandahar CH-3963 Aminona – Valais.
Aminona is located at 1500m altitude on the plateau of Crans Montana above Sierre. It can be easily reached by car or train/bus.
There is free open-air or a paid garage parking.
The apartment is within easy walking distance (150m) of the gondola lift accessing the large, sunny ski area of Crans Montana with over 140 km of ski pistes.
The apartment is on the sixth floor of the Eglantine tower on the sunny south east side with magnificent views of the Rhone valley and the surrounding peaks. House Eglantine has an indoor swimming pool.
The apartment comprises a newly renovated lounge-dining-kitchen area and double bedroom, plus separate bathroom, balcony and entry-hallway. The entry has place for skis and shoes/boots.
The lounge has a large flat screen TV and a home cinema DVD/CD sound system, radio, library, sofa and relax recliner chair.
The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, cook top, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer, coffee making, and all cutlery, crockery, glassware, pans, cooking utensils.
The dining area is located next to the south facing window, capturing the winter sun with views to the Southern Alps and Sierre.
The bedroom comprises two single beds, a large wardrobe, and TV. Pillows and feather duvets are included.
The apartment is set up comfortably for two guests. It has an extra mattress for an occasional guest.
Please note that the apartment is set up for non-smokers only.
High season week rentals: 900 CHF per week.
Other weeks or mid week stays (Sunday night to Friday morning) by arrangement.
Cleaning can be arranged for a fee of 60 CHF. Bed linen & towels provided for a fee upon request.
Security deposit 200 CHF.
